Sri T.D. Majumder has placed on record copy of letter dated 31.10.2015 which shows that corrected service book in respect of the petitioner has been sent to the office of the Accountant General, for making necessary payment. Therefore, we close the matter but we hope and expect that the entire pensionary benefits are released in favour of the petitioner latest by 31st January, 2016 failing which the petitioner can again approach this Court.
