Mr. Chakraborty, learned senior counsel for the respondent No. 1 submits that he has no objection to the prayer for striking out the name of deceased respondent No. 2. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed. Registry is directed to correct the cause title of the condonation petition as well as the connected writ petition. CM application is accordingly disposed of.
