INDRAJIT MAHANTY _O_ R_ D_ E_ R_ 17/03/2022 This is an application filed by the claimants seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited with the Registry of this Court in LA APP No.63/2009 which came to be disposed of vide order dated 27.07.2015.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the awardee in the meantime has passed away and his legal heirs and successors have filed the present application seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited with the Registry and undertakes to furnish the bank account of the applicants to the Registry for the purpose of remitting the amount deposited with the Registry along with accrued interest in their favour.

Prayer is allowed.

Ordered accordingly.
