In view of the communication dated 09.07.2015, Annexure-R/2 to the reply filed by the respondent No.1, Mr. Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset has submitted that the petitioner at this stage would not press this petition for drawing up a contempt proceeding against the respondents. He would take appropriate recourse available to him in law.

Having regard to that statement made by Mr. Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner, this proceeding stands closed.
