Heard Mr. R. Paul, the learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. K. Bhattacharji, the learned counsel for the respondent-Insurance Company.

The application is for withdrawing the enhanced amount of ₹1,06,485/-, which has been deposited by the Insurance Company to satisfy the enhanced award. As there is no objection, the applicant is allowed to withdraw the said deposited amount.

The Registry will do the needful after satisfying the usual formalities.

The application stands disposed of.
