27/09/2019 As per office report, respondent stands served. Despite repeated calls none has chosen to enter appearance on behalf of the respondent. Hence, the case is proceeded ex parte against him.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application filed by the applicant for releasing the amount deposited by the insurance company in the Registry of this Court.

For the reasons so assigned, application is allowed. As such, the deposited amount be released in favour of the applicant namely, Sri Kumarjit Das. The said amount shall be directly remitted into the Savings Bank Account of the applicant along with the interest accrued, if any.

Needful be done positively within a period of 2(two) weeks. Application stands disposed of.
