The application is for withdrawing a sum of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the applicant for filing MAC Appeal No.57 of 2010. As the appeal was allowed by this Court in its order dated 06.05.2015 of MAC Appeal No.57 of 2010, there is no legal impediment in releasing the aforesaid amount to the applicant.

Consequently, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the statutory deposit after satisfying the usual formalities. The application stands disposed of.
