HONBLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE DEEPAK GUPTA By means of this review petition, the petitioner seeks review of the judgment passed on 12.01.2015 on the ground that in a later judgment this Court pointed out that there were different awards in different cases.

The earlier judgment of this Court cannot be reviewed on this ground. Neither before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal nor before this Court, the National Insurance Company Limited had raised this plea that the other Insurance Company, i.e. the United India Insurance Company Ltd. was also liable.
