Sinha for the petitioner and learned senior counsel, Mr. S. M. Chakraborty assisted by learned counsel Ms. B. Chakraborty for the alleged contemnor are present.

Learned senior counsel placed on record a copy of letter dated October 31, 2015 written by the Deputy Secretary, P.W.D (R&B) of the Govt. of Tripura to learned counsel, Ms B. Chakraborty, in respect of the compliance of the order passed by this Court enclosing certain documents, copy of which has been supplied to learned counsel, Mr. Sinha. It is submitted by learned counsel, Mr. Sinha that the petitioner is ill and, therefore, he could not contact with the petitioner and that from the letter dated October 31, 2015, it appears that the order has substantially been complied with. However, it is submitted by learned counsel, Mr. Sinha that if any part of the order has not been strictly complied with, the petitioner may be given liberty to approach the court in future and with that direction the petition may be disposed of.

In view of the submission of learned counsel Mr. Sinha, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.

A liberty is kept open to the petitioner to approach the authority for non-compliance of any part of the order and in case if any such grievance is not redressed, he will have the liberty to approach this Court.
