This interim application is filed by the widow of the deceased seeking release of the amount invested in fixed deposit. Counsel pointed out that the accident took place on 09.01.2006 and the High Court disposed of the Appeal of the claimants on 03.02.2015. The fixed deposit of Rs.2,03,039/- taken out in 13.07.2018 has now matured. Considering these material facts, the amount of Rs.2,03,039/- with accrued interest, if any, shall be released in favour of the widow of the deceased.
