SAHA The instant application is filed for substituting the legal heirs of the respondent No. 7, whose names have been mentioned in the schedule of this application as respondent Nos. 7A to 7C. Ms Deb Gupta submits that the petitioner is in time and unless the prayer for substitution is allowed it would be difficult to decide the second appeal in absence of the legal heirs of the deceased respondent No. 7. She further submits that the wife of deceased respondent No. 8 need not be substituted, as she has already married another person. In view of the above, the prayer for substitution is allowed. Registry is directed to correct the cause title incorporating the newly added respondents as respondent Nos. 7A to 7C. CM Application is accordingly disposed of.
