By filing this petition, the petitioners prayed for amendment of the Memo. of Appeal which relates to valuation of the appeal.

The proposed amendment shall not change the nature and character of the original appeal but it is required for appropriate adjudication of the appeal. So the amendment is allowed.

Registry is directed to incorporate the amendment in the Memorandum of Appeal. The petitioners have to file a fresh Memo. of Appeal after incorporating the amendment. The petitioners have also to pay the appropriate Court fee as per the amendment.
