The appointment of those posts are subject matter in the writ petition being W.P.(C) No.335 of 2015.

By the order dated 10.08.2015, it was directed that the appointments in the post of the nurse pursuing to the advertisement No.TU/03/ 2013 dated 02.09.2013, Annexure-P/5 to the writ petition, shall be subject to the decision of this court. The said order dated 10.08.2015 is made absolute and accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.
