J U D G M E N T & O R D E R(oral) In C. M. Appl. 46 of 2015 the complainant (respondent herein) has prayed that he has settled the matter with the petitioner herein and the matter be disposed of having been compounded between the parties. [2] In view of the order passed in C. M. Appl. 46 of 2015 it is obvious that the complainant-respondent and the petitioner herein have settled this matter which has arisen out of proceeding under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Therefore, the petition is allowed.

[3] In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties the order of the learned Sessions Judge dated 30.01.2013 in Case No. Criminal Appeal 4(1) of 2012 is set aside and the matter is disposed of as having been compounded and settled between the parties.

Send down the LCRs forthwith.
