By filing this petition the petitioners prayed for deleting the name of respondent No.1 from the array of the respondents in the connected CRP No.57 of 2015. It is submitted that respondent No.1, Smt. Basanti Bannerji has died in the mean time and all her legal heirs representing are already on records. Learned counsel, Mr. Roy Barman, therefore, prays for deleting the name of the respondent No.1 from the array of the respondents in the connected CRP No. 57 of 2015. Mr. Roy, learned counsel of the respondent-O.Ps has no objection. Prayer is allowed.

Registry is directed to delete the name of respondent No.1, Smt. Basanti Bannerji from the array of the respondents in the connected CRP No.57 of 2015. C.M Appl. accordingly stands disposed of.
