The impugned order relates to a condonation petition filed before learned Addl. District Judge in connection with a Misc. Appeal. Once the learned Addl. District Judge exercised its discretionary power condoning the delay, I find no reason at all to interfere in the order since the matter which is challenged in the Misc.
