JUSTICE S.C.DAS This is an application filed by Sri Debashis Datta for release of Rs.50,000/- in his favour to meet the expenses of Shradha Ceremony in respect of the deceased Kamalesh Karmakar. We are not giving the detailed facts which are contained in the order dated 05.05.2015 and 09.06.2015 but it is apparent that Sri Debashis Datta has been managing the affairs of this family for a long time. The minor Miss Purba Karmakar is too young to organize the Shradha Ceremony. She cannot be even be expected to maintain accounts. We feel that the amount can be released in favour of Sri Datta. We, therefore, direct the Manager, State Bank of India, TLA Branch to release a sum of Rs.

50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) out of the amount of Rs.28,81,178.20/- lying with it in the Account No.10320341465 in favour of Sri Debashis Datta, who shall use this amount. Sri Debashis Datta shall use this amount of Rs.50,000/- only for the purpose of the Shradha Ceremony and he shall submit the accounts to this Court and further orders with regard to over payment or under payment shall be made after receipt of the accounts. He is, however, requested to ensure that the Shradha Ceremony be conducted in such a fashion that it should not exceed Rs.50,000/-. The Bank is directed to release the amount by next Monday (07.09.2015). The application is disposed of.
