JUSTICE S.C.DAS By filing this petition the petitioner prayed for allowing them for causing service of notice on the respondent by way of paper publication in a widely circulated daily newspaper. It is submitted by Mr. Lodh, learned counsel that the notice was served to the address of the respondent which is on record but that could not be served as it is reported that the respondent-opposite party left the address. The petitioner could not find out whereabouts of the respondent-opposite party with their best effort. Therefore, the petitioner prayed for allowing them to serve the notice by publication in a widely circulated daily newspaper. Prayer is allowed.

The petitioner is to take step within seven days for substituted service of notice by way of paper publication in a widely circulated local daily newspaper as recognized by this Court.
