HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S. TALAPATRA Order 11/09/2020 Heard Mr. D. Biswas, learned counsel appearing for the applicants as well as Mr. B. Majumder, learned ASGI for the sole-respondent, Union of India.

This application has been filed by the referring-claimants for withdrawal of the sum of Rs.6,66,179/- which has been deposited by the respondent in terms of the order dated 17.08.2015 delivered in LA APP No.95 of 2008. Mr. B. Majumder, learned ASGI has submitted that the respondent does not have any reservation in disbursing the said amount to the referring-claimants.

This court does not find any other impediment from the records in disbursing the said amount to the referring-claimants applicants.

Accordingly, it is directed that the Registry shall transfer the share of each of the applicants to their respective accounts.

Necessary documents be placed by the applicants in the Registry for such transfer.

In terms of the above, this application stands allowed and disposed of.
