In terms of the direction of this court in the judgment and order dated 08.04.2015, the Probation Officer submitted the reports in respect of all the 4 (four) accused petitioners. There is nothing adverse in the reports of the Probation Officer to disentitle the petitioners from the benefits of Section 4 of the Probation of Offenders Act. Accordingly after hearing Learned Counsel of both side, it is hereby ordered that the accused petitioners shall be released on probation for a period of 2(two) years on their execution of a bond of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five thousand) each with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of Learned SDJM, Kamalpur on condition to appear and receive sentence during that period of 2(two) years and in the mean time to keep peace and to be of good behaviour. During the period of probation, they shall remain under the supervision of the Probation Officer, Kamalpur, who shall submit report to the Learned SDJM, Kamalpur as and when occasion shall arise.
