HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. SANJAY KAROL Order 20/08/2019 Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

This is an application filed by the applicants for releasing the awarded amount deposited by the appellant namely, the Union of India in the Registry of this Court. Not opposed.

For the reasons so assigned, the same is allowed. As such, the amount deposited in the Registry of this Court be released in favour of the applicants, namely Smt. Mamta Das, Smt. Sanghita Das & Sri Subrata Das to which they are entitled to. The amount shall be directly remitted into the Bank account of the applicants along with the interest accrued, if any. Needful be done positively within a period of 2(two) weeks. Application stands disposed of.
