Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as Mr. T.D. Majumder, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. This is an application filed by the petitioners in CRP No.108 of 2012 (disposed of) for allowing them receive the money that has been deposited by the respondents, the Jute Corporation of India Ltd. and another to the extent of Rs.1,91,973/- (Rupees One lakh Ninety One thousand Nine hundred Seventy Three) in this Registry by the cheque bearing No.391508 dated 20.08.2015.

Mr. T.D. Majumder, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that the respondents do not have any objection if the petitioners are permitted to receive the said amount from the Registry on proper identification. Accordingly, it is ordered that the Registry shall release the said amount to the petitioners on proper identification.

With this observation and direction, this interlocutory application stands allowed and is accordingly disposed of.
