This is an application filed by the applicant for releasing the awarded amount deposited by the appellant namely, the Union of India in the Registry of this Court.

Not opposed.

For the reasons so assigned, the same is allowed. As such, the amount deposited in the Registry of this Court be released in favour of the applicant, namely, Smt. Gouri Shil to which she is entitled to. The amount shall be directly remitted into the Bank account of the applicant along with the interest accrued, if any.

Needful be done positively within a period of 2(two) weeks. Application stands disposed of.
