This is an application filed under Chapter-VA Rule-1 of the High Court Rules by the applicant-respondent for withdrawal of an amount of Rs.41,554/- deposited by the appellant vide Cheque No.310897 dated 14.12.2010.

In view of the requirement expressed in their affidavit, this Court is inclined to consider the request of the counsel for the applicant for need of money and accordingly, the same stands allowed giving entitlement to the applicant for withdrawal of the amount unconditionally.
