Civil Judge, Senior Division, Court No.2, West Tripura, Agartala in Money Suit No.21 of 2011 which as been affirmed by the learned District Judge, West Tripura, Agartala in Money Appeal No.13 of 2013 shall remain stayed subject to condition that the appellant-petitioners shall pay 50% of the awarded amount of Rs.3,88,500/-, i.e., Rs.1,94,250/- to the plaintiffrespondent within 30 days from today.
