04.05.2023 This is an application under Chapter V of High Court Rules by the applicant for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the respondent. Mr. B. Majumder, learned Deputy SGI appearing for the respondentInsurance Company has no objection to the said prayer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed, permitting the applicants to withdraw the amount. The Registry shall release the amount as per the procedure of law.
