Dutta for the petitioner and learned Addl. G.A., Mrs. A.S. Lodh for the State respondents. It is submitted by learned senior counsel, Mr. Bhowmik that this case is covered by the judgment of this Court dated 27.06.2014 passed in WP(C) No.403 of 2013. A copy of that judgment is placed on record.

Learned Addl. G.A., Mrs. Lodh also has fairly submitted that this is a covered case. She has further submitted that pursuant to the judgment passed in WP(C) No.403 of 2013 the State Government in the Department of Higher Education has issued a Notification dated 25.11.2014 and in view of that Notification the petitioner's case is covered. A copy of the Notification is tagged with the records. In view of the submission of learned counsel of both side and having considered the writ petition and the decision of this Court in WP(C) No.403 of 2013, it is hereby ordered that this case shall stand disposed of in view of the judgment dated 27.06.2014 passed in WP(C) No.403 of 2013. The judgment passed in that case shall operate as the decision of this petition.
