Considering the fact that judgment and order dated 12.12.2015 passed in MAC. App. No. 106 of 2013, titled as The National Insurance Co. Ltd v. Smti. Anita Deb & Others, has already attained finality, as can be inferred from the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, the amount lying in the UCO Bank, High Court Branch, be released in favour of the applicant, namely, Smt. Anita Deb, to be directly remitted into her account. To this, Mr. P. Gautam, learned counsel appearing for respondent has no objection.

The application stands disposed of.
