This court on 17.11.2014 issued notice upon the respondents returnable on 7.1.2015 and till the returnable date, the operation of the aforesaid judgment and preliminary decree has been suspended.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties. As the appeal has already been admitted on the substantial question of law, it would be proper to make the interim order absolute passed by this Court earlier. Accordingly, it is made absolute.
