HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S. G. CHATTOPADHYAY Order 22/12/2021 By means of filing this I.A petitioner has sought for release of the share of her compensation which was invested in a term deposit with the UCO Bank, High Court Branch for a period of 60 months in terms of the order of MACT (Court No.5), West Tripura, Agartala. It is submitted by Mr. T. D. Majumder, learned Sr. advocate appearing for the claimant petitioner along with Ms. A. Debbarma that the certificate has matured on 7.1.2021. Counsel therefore, urges the Court for issuing direction to the Registry for releasing the maturity value in favour of the petitioner. Mr. K.C. Bhattcharjee, learned advocate represents the Insurance Company. I have heard Mr. Bhattacharjee on the matter. Registry is directed to release the amount in favour of the petitioner namely, Smt. Ruhini Roy(Debbarma) within a week on verification of her identity. The claimant will furnish her Bank details in

the Registry within two days. A copy of the order be given to Mr. K. C. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel of the insurance company. In terms of the above, the I. A is disposed of. JUDGE Dipankar
