Keeping in view the fact that now the petitioner has deposited the entire amount, we feel that the condonation petition as well as the restoration petition be allowed and the writ petition [WP(C) 223 OF 2009] be restored to its original number. Accordingly, the condonation petition and the restoration petition are allowed and the writ petition is restored to its original number. CM Applications stand disposed of.
