This is a prayer for substitution of the legal heirs of the sole respondent who died on 20.10.2013 leaving behind the legal heirs as described in the schedule, appended to this petition and amended by the order dated 29.05.2015 delivered in C. M. Appl. No.43 of 2015.

Since Mr. K. K. Pal, learned counsel appears for all the legal heirs no formal notice is called for.

Mr. Pal, learned counsel appearing for all legal heirs of the sole respondent has fairly submitted that he has no opposition to such prayer. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed. The legal heirs whose names are detailed in the schedule appended to this petition be substituted in place of the sole respondent as respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 in seriatim. The Registry shall substitute the names in terms of this order forthwith.
