Deb, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner- applicants as well as Mr. H. Laskar, learned counsel for the respondents. It has been stated that on 28.10.2014 the sole petitioner namely, Jogesh Chandra Biswas died but the cause survives. For that reason, the legal heirs of the sole petitioner have come forward by filing this petition for their substitution in place of the sole petitioner, since deceased.

Mr. H. Laskar, learned counsel for the respondents has projected no objection to such prayer.

Having situated thus, this petition for substitution of the legal heirs of the sole petitioner stands allowed.

The Registry is directed to incorporate the names of the legal heirs, the petitioners herein, in place of the petitioner who is no more in CRP No.69 of 2013 and list this matter for hearing in its turn.
