This is an application for releasing the fixed amount as deposited by the respondent-Insurance Company amounting to Rs.21,89,738/- as per judgment and order dated 1st June, 2015 passed in MAC App. No.01/2011 which is lying with the Registry of this Court. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, has no objection to the same.

Hence, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.21,89,738/- unconditionally as per procedure. With the above observations and direction, the withdrawal petition stands allowed and disposed of.
