SAHA When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. Bhattacharji, learned senior counsel submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent-State has issued one Notification dated 31.10.2011 and Corrigendum dated 03.11.2011 whereby and whereunder the Notification No. F. 3 (430)-HFW/2010 dated 26.07.2010 and Order No. F. 11 (8)RIPSAT/DEG/2009-2010 dated 11.02.2011 was cancelled. Thus, the petitioner wants to withdraw the instant writ petition.

Prayer is allowed.
