Heard learned counsel, Mr. A. Lodh for the petitioners and learned Addl. G.A., Mrs. A.S. Lodh for respondent-OP Nos.1 and 2 and learned counsel, Mr. D.C. Saha for respondent-OP No.3.

This is a petition under Order XXII Rule 4(1) of CPC praying for substitution of the deceased petitioner No.2 who died on 06.06.2014. The opposite parties have no objection.

So, the prayer for substitution as prayed for is allowed. The deceased-petitioner No.2 left behind petitioner No.1 and his son, Madan Debbarma. Petitioner No.1 is already on record.
