28/01/2021 Applicants are the original claimants. This Court in a judgment dated 05.10.2015 while enhancing the compensation, had directed that a part of the enhanced compensation may be released in favour of the mother. The rest would be invested for a period of 5(five) years in case of the share of the mother and till maturity of the children with respect to their shares. It is stated that the period of 5(five) years have expired and the minor claimants have also turned major by now. Under the circumstances, the amount which may have been invested pursuant to the said judgment of the High Court in Fixed Deposit,
shall be released in favour of the respective claimants with accrued interest, if any.
IA disposed of accordingly.
