It appears from the record that on 22.06.2015 Mr. Bhattacharji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had already taken the brief from him and thus, he is not in a position to appear in the matter. Notice was issued to the petitioner.

It appears from the office note dated 17.07.2015 that the Postal Authority in its remarks stated "Addressee absent. By his wife's phone he was instructed to deposit 7 days. Intimation was served on 27.06.2015, but not claim till 06.07.2015. So returned." In view of above, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
