HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S. TALAPATRA Order 10/12/2020 The applicant, the referring claimant, by filing application has sought leave of this court for receiving the amount that has been deposited by the respondents. It appears from the records that the applicant has received a sum of Rs.21,31,360/- in terms of the order dated 21.01.2012 as passed in CM Appl No.365 of 2011. The remainder of the amount to the extent of Rs.5,32,840/- is being maintained in the term deposit by the registry. Mr. D. K. Biswas, learned counsel appearing in person has urged to release the said amount. There is no objection from any corner. The said amount be released forthwith following the procedure as there is no impediment or lien creating hurdle in directing to release of the said amount.

In terms of the above, this application stands allowed and disposed of.
