This appeal has been filed under Section-151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for modifying the direction for releasing the award passed by this Court in the aforesaid MAC Appeal being No.09 of 2012 dated 01.12.2015 and to pass necessary order/orders to disburse the entire deposited amount with up to date interest in favour of the applicant. In view of the requirement expressed in their affidavit, this Court is inclined to consider the request of the counsel for the applicant for need of money and accordingly, the same stands allowed giving entitlement to the applicant for withdrawal of the amount as prayed for.
