Sessions Judge, Khowai, West Tripura in Case No. ST 03(WT/K) of 2012 wherein the appellantapplicant was convicted under Section 302 of the IPC and sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/-, i.d. to suffer RI for one year. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and also perused the reasons for delay as explained in the petition. According to us, the delay has been properly explained and the same is satisfactory.
