JUSTICE S.TALAPATRA The instant application is filed for condoning the delay of 31 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment dated 14.07.2015 passed by the learned Special Judge, North Tripura wherein the appellant-applicant was convicted under Section 6 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, (POCSO Act) and sentenced to suffer RI for 10 years and a fine of Rs. 2,000, i.d. To suffer further RI for three months. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and also perused the reasons for delay as explained in the petition. According to us, the delay has been properly explained and the same is satisfactory. Accordingly, the delay of 31 days is hereby condoned. The IA is accordingly disposed of.
