27/09/2019 Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

This is an application filed by the applicants for disbursing the deposited amount of compensation in the respective share of the claimant-appellant Nos. 1 & 2 in terms of the Judgment & order dated 30-11-2015 passed by this Court in Mac App No.15 of 2012 titled as Smti. Piyali Biswas (Dey) & others Versus M/s. J.K. Construction & others.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same.

For the reasons so assigned, application is allowed. As such, the deposited amount be released in favour of the applicants namely, Smt. Piyali Biswas (Dey) and Smt. Manju Dey. The said amount shall be directly remitted into the Savings Bank Account of the applicants, in the respective share, in terms of the judgment & order dated 30-11-2015 passed by this Court in Mac App No.15 of 2012 titled as Smti. Piyali Biswas (Dey) & others Versus M/s. J.K. Construction & others along with the interest accrued, if any.

Needful be done positively within a period of 2(two) weeks. Application stands disposed of.
