JUSTICE S.TALAPATRA The instant application is filed for condoning the delay of 186 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment dated 21.03.2015 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Khowai, West Tripura in case No. S.T. 29(WT/K) of 2013 wherein, the appellant-petitioner was convicted under Section 307 of IPC and and sentenced to suffer RI for 3(three) years with fine of Rs. 500/- in default to suffer SI for one month. Heard Mr. D. C. Roy, learned counsel appearing for the appellant-petitioner and Mr. A. Ghosh, learned P.P. appearing for the respondent State. We have gone through the reasons as explained in the petition and according to us the delay has been properly explained and the same is also satisfactory.
