Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

As we have already admitted the appeal, it would be proper to grant stay, as prayed for. Accordingly, it is ordered that the impugned judgment and order dated 19.03.2014 shall remain stayed till disposed of the connected appeal being MAT App. 01/2015.
