JUSTICE S.TALAPATRA The instant application is filed for condoning the delay of 270 days in preferring appeal against the judgment and order dated 19.03.2014 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, West Tripura, Agartala in TS (Div) 38/2013 whereby and whereunder the learned Family Court granted the prayer for divorce.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

We have perused the contentions made in the instant application as well as in the objection filed by the respondent. According to us, the delay has been properly explained and the same is satisfactory. Hence the delay of 270 days is hereby condoned. CM application is accordingly disposed of.
