JUSTICE S.TALAPATRA The instant application is filed for granting leave to prefer appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 14.11.2014 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Belonia in ST 63(ST/B) 2013 whereby and whereunder the respondent-accused was acquitted from the charges levelled against him under 448/376 IPC. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and also gone through the impugned judgment and order.

According to us, this is a fit case where leave to prefer appeal should be granted, as sought for.
