SAHA Vide judgment dated 21st August, 2014 while dissolving the marriage between the parties this Court had ordered the husband to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- as maintenance. This amount has been deposited by the husband and now the wife has filed an application praying that some amount be released because she wants to start some business.

Therefore, out of the amount deposited Rs.2,00,000/- be released in favour of the petitioner-wife by remitting it to her personal Bank account details whereof along with photocopy of the passbook be submitted in the Registry of this Court within 2(two) weeks from today.

Remaining Rs.3,00,000/- shall be kept in a fixed deposit for a period of 5(five) years at the first instance and the interest accruing on the same shall be paid on quarterly basis to the wife. After 5(five) years the entire amount shall be released in her favour.

CM application is disposed of.
