Seen the letter dated 17th August, 2016 of Mr.S. M. Lodh, the sole Arbitrator expressing his desire to be relieved his appointment as the sole Arbitrator in the case. As he is no longer interested, his prayer is accepted.

Accordingly, Mr. Shambuti Ranjan Bhattacharjee, Advocate, College Tilla Road Extension, Near Paul Nursing Home, P.O-College Tilla, Agartala is appointed as sole Arbitrator in his place to conduct the arbitration proceedings in accordance with law. Transmit the case record to him without any delay. The fees to the newly appointed arbitrator is fixed @ Rs.30,000/- each to be borne by both the parties shall be deposited within 10(ten) days from today. As and when the fee is received by the sole Arbitrator, the arbitration proceedings will be conducted by him who shall dispose of the same within a period of 3(three) months thereof. Petition is disposed of.
