We have given the petitioner more than two opportunities to come up with a concrete proposal. He has filed a fresh affidavit which also does not give any concrete proposal.

We are not at all satisfied with the affidavit filed. The petition is dismissed.

The petitioner may approach the Bank within 15 days and the Bank may take any decision on the matter within 15 days thereafter. After 31st May, 2015 the Bank can proceed in accordance with law.
